Why Choose ICP?

Transform your data workflow with these key benefits

Saves Time

Automated data processing eliminates manual tasks and reduces processing time.

Enables Automation

Set up intelligent workflows that handle data routing and processing without human intervention.

Improves Transparency

Real-time dashboards and audit trails provide complete visibility into your data pipeline.

How It Works

Simple four-step process to transform your data workflow

1

Collection

Data from public sources (weather, financial markets) and private systems (smart meters, IoT devices) enters through multiple protocols via our gateway layer with automatic protocol detection.

2

Processing

Our Ingestion Control Processing (ICP) handles protocol translation and publishes standardized data to specific MQTT topics based on data type and source.

3

Ingestion

Our ingest service subscribes to the relevant MQTT topics and processes incoming data streams for storage preparation, including normalization and validation.

3

Storage

Optimized time-series data is stored in Cassandra with appropriate time partitioning, ensuring high-performance queries for downstream applications.

Terminologies

Producer:

A Producer is any entity, typically a Device, that generates and publishes data to the platform via MQTT. It acts as the source of telemetry, sensor readings, or event updates within a Devicespace.

Consumer

A Consumer is a service or application that subscribes to specific MQTT topics to receive and process data from Producers. It enables analytics, storage, alerting, or real-time decision-making based on incoming messages.

Devicespace

A Devicespace represents an isolated environment or namespace within the system that groups related devices under a single tenant or customer.

Device

A Device is a physical or virtual data producer assigned to a Devicespace. It sends telemetry and event data through structured MQTT messages.

MQTT Topic

Devices communicate using MQTT topics structured by Devicespace and Device identifiers, enabling secure and scalable data routing across the platform.
